We ship fast, order today we ship it today (excluding Sundays and some Saturdays)! If you are in California, no worries, first class makes it in a few days. Overseas and Canada takes 6-10 days. Remote parts of the world can take 14 plus days.
We answer emails 6 days a week excluding holidays. We are a family owned and run business, so sometimes we need a break and that’s why we developed the natural hair dye forum, so other people can answer questions as well, or get answers.

We ship from Largo, Fl, and our product is made in India. India has reopened. We ship the same day the order is placed if by 3:30 Eastern time. Our facility is clean and we are shipping daily. If you do not have a tracking number, please check your spam folder, if you do see it search your email for “shipping confirmation”.
Track Your Package
Currently, The Post Office is dealing with a 70% increase in daily shipments due to COVID-19. Shipments in some areas are delayed as much as 7 days via the USA. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order is processed if you did not receive your tracking number please check your spam folder or you can search your mail folder for the keyword “shipping confirmation”.
Once you track your order you can select the “Text & Email Updates”. Then select all updates. Then enter your email or cell number, check terms and conditions and then select “get Updates”.
At this time any time the package moves it will notify you. If you have any other errors like “label created” and it does not show it was scanned at the post office, please contact us.
