We ship fast, order today we ship it today (excluding Sundays and some Saturdays)! If you are in California, no worries, first-class makes it in a few days. Overseas and Canada can take 6-10 days. Remote parts of the world can take 14 plus days. Power outages and unusual volume in sales can cause a day delay in shipping. We work hard to ship fast as this is very important to us.

We answer emails 6 days a week excluding holidays. We are a family-owned and run business, so sometimes we need a break and that’s why we developed the natural hair dye forum, so other people can answer questions as well, or get answers.
