You can return an unopened product purchased from Infinite Earth ANY time within 30 days. This does not include a purchase from re-seller/partners.  A RA (Return Authorization Code) is Needed!  As long as it is in our system (less than 30 days) we will refund it or exchange it. Don’t sweat the small stuff! We’ve got your back and know you worked hard for your money! We know that sometimes you might pick the wrong color or the color might not be what you hope for. All returns should be sent to (along with the original invoice number, name on the order, and address, and what your intention is, exchange, refund, etc):

This is a PO box we check once a week, so if you shipped back a return, send us an email and let us know so we can expect it.

Lost Shipments

Any items showing they have been delivered per tracking information, and customer or business states it has not been delivered, but shows, as delivered, will not be refunded. A second item will be shipped at our cost but can incur cost if a negligent address or mishandling by USPS. Infinite Earth will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. If you accidentally put in the wrong address we will ship out another at our expense but have the right to decline postage for the second shipment.  We understand things happen and autofill can be a bit crazy from time to time.  Because of the high crime rate of people stating they did not receive the product when it shows it was delivered, that item will not be refunded.  For a second shipment, the address must be verified, at that point when you do receive the item, you have the right to follow our return procedure.

If for any reason at any time, you realize you have the wrong color within 60 days or want a different colored hair dye of equal or less value we sell, just send it back to us and we will exchange it for free.  Make sure you include a note stating what color you want and we will ship it back. Make sure you include your name, address, and phone number.  Send us an email to give us a heads up and we will work promptly to get you back your product as quickly as possible. Exchanges are processed and shipped within 7 business days. You can speed this up by letting us know you shipped it by sending us an email.


Finally, a company that cares about its customers! 3 months later and they exchanged my burgundy for deep red. Nothing was wrong with the product, my friends just thought deep red would look better on me. I will send some pictures when I am done! I love they have a phone number!
